The expansion, which follows the rapid growth of their commercial property product in California, Nevada, and Colorado, marks the company's first entry into the residential market. The launch also introduces Rosebud™, a first-of-its-kind assessment rover equipped with cameras and lidar, purpose-built to capture ground-level conditions that satellite imagery and ZIP-code models can’t see.
